1. Agreement to Terms

By registering an account, deploying a Cloud VPS node, or using our automated backup storage networks, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Hosting & Backup Services

Uptime SLA: We guarantee a 99.99% monthly network uptime. In the event of scheduled maintenance, we will provide at least 24 hours of notification.

Backup Security: While we provide automated backup vaults, it is the user's responsibility to verify backup integrity and manage their own encryption keys. g2x.cz is not liable for data loss due to forgotten encryption passphrases.

3. Resource Allocation

Your subscription outlines specific limits on vCPUs, RAM, NVMe storage, and bandwidth. Exceeding these limits may result in automatic rate-limiting or storage overage fees as per your plan definitions.

4. Payment & Billing

All hosting and backup services are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial months of service.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall g2x.cz, its directors, or employees, be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or business operations) resulting from server downtime, backup failure, or security incidents.

6. Governing Law

These terms and any disputes arising out of your use of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.
